Senior ASIC Verification Engineer

CogniVue is seeking a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer to develop the environment and tests for verifying multi-processor Image Cognition Processor (ICP) SoCs. Responsibilities will include all aspects of ASIC verification; setting methodology and supervising its adoption, creating and maintaining the verification environment, generating test plans, coordinating design and verification teams to achieve timely validation of functional and performance specifications. Your Expertise:

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Systems Engineering 8+ years experience in ASIC verification, with past experience in lead role Past experience adopting and implementing new verification methodologies Very strong knowledge of Verilog HDL Direct experience with using SystemC and System Verilog in verification Knowledge of object oriented programming in C++ and software infrastructure Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex system problems and develop innovative solutions Ability to provide technical mentorship to less experienced team members Ability to provide technical leadership while working in partnership with other development teams A team player with a "can do" attitude Effective oral and written communication skills Capable of identifying and solving complex problems A sense of urgency

It would be great if you have:

Familiarity with Arm based SOCs and with verification of embedded DSP and processor architectures Experience using OVM or VMM environments Experience working with FPGA emulation environments
