We are looking for a driven, dynamic Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic business and tactical plans required to drive revenue growth in the Hearing Healthcare and Pharmacy channelsThe Product Manager will also be expected to assist with the broader marketing plans and initiatives to drive revenue for Cognivue’s product portfolio.


  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cognitive screening market specifically in the Audiology, HIS and Pharmacy markets: market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with the field selling organization by assisting in Field training on our Cognivue Thrive device, portfolio positioning, messaging and sales tool development, while spending time in the field with key customers to help Cognivue understand & navigate the cognitive screening marketplace.
  • Support Associate Product Manager with developing the strategy and executing national tradeshows and developing relationships with key societies.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team on promotion of CEU events as well as manage other non-CEU professional educational programs and development of KOL speakers.
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, as necessary.
  • Build partnerships with all customers and stakeholders to drive growth for the business, customers, and cognitive screening.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

· The preference is for this position to be based in Rochester, NY but open to the right remote candidate.



  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s/MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of medical device marketing and/or sales experience
  • Experience in Hearing Healthcare a plus
  • Proactive work style, working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in driving business processes in a cross functional work environment
  • Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral
  • Must have a “rollup your sleeves” attitude and be willing to step in to assist the overall marketing team even in areas outside of core responsibilities
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Travel required: 20 – 30%
